RENT INCLUSIVE SERVICES
The costs associated with the following services are included in the rental payments made under the terms of your lease, unless specifically excluded in your lease:
1. Business rates
2. Water rates
3. Electricity charges
4. Gas charges

7. Insurance of the Landlord’s property in accordance with the terms of your lease.
8. Maintaining proper security for the Landlord’s property.
9. Provision of Reception services.
10. Provision of postal services.
For the avoidance of doubt, in addition to rent, tenants will be responsible for all telephone charges (including handset/line rental, call charges), internet charges, hire of meeting rooms, cleaning of own demise and any charges for any other services offered by the Business Centre.
